Virtual Project Management Board meeting
The second Project Management Board meeting was held on 28th of May. The meeting was organized as a virtual session, in which the partners of GATE have been represented. Despite of the unusual situation, Gate team has performed well and has completed most of the planned work with some deviations. Assessment of the risk related to the project activities in each work package was also made - obviously all the risks relate to the COVID-19 situation, but relevant mitigation measures are proposed by the Work Packages' Leads.
A special attention was given to the research and innovation projects, which are recently started, namely City Digital Twin, CogniTwin and CAT. Joint education and training activities and Common events, such workshops, webinars, hackathons in Data Science were reasoned and the plans were adapted considering the effect of COVID-19 situation.
